We are a specialized, independent manufacturer of disposable consumer hygiene products, across baby care, adult incontinence and feminine hygiene product categories, with a focus on research and development and quality. Our diversified product portfolio includes baby pant style diapers, baby tape style diapers, adult pant style diapers, adult tape style diapers, sanitary napkins and panty liners amongst a range of other products.

We contract manufacture products for our customers for sale to their end consumers. In addition, we also manufacture, market and sell our home brand products (baby diapers under the “Cuddles” brand and adult diapers under the “Shields” brand) for sale to end consumers through Online Commerce and modern trade channels.

According to the TKC Report, we are the largest contract manufacturer by value in Fiscal 2025 in the fast-growing hygiene manufacturing industry in India, including baby diapers, adult diapers and sanitary napkins. Further, we as the largest contract manufacturer of baby diapers in India, in terms of revenue for Fiscal 2025, held a market share of 37% by value in Fiscal 2025 and recorded a year-on-year growth of 21.90% from Fiscal 2025 to Fiscal 2026 in the segment. Within the adult diaper contract manufacturing market, we, as the largest adult diaper manufacturer in India in terms of revenue in Fiscal 2025, held an estimated 36% market share by value in FY 2025, and recorded a 24.9% year on year growth from Fiscal 2025 to Fiscal 2026. (Source: TKC Report). we have four Manufacturing Facilities which comprise 20 manufacturing lines that are distributed across 24 acres at Pithampur and Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. In addition, we have warehouses in multiple cities across India.

We have an in-house research and development (“R&D”) function that focuses on new product development, existing product enhancement, and sustainability. Our R&D team is engaged in the continuous development of advanced disposable consumer hygiene solutions.

Our products and processes adhere to stringent quality and safety standards, including certification by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for disposable baby diapers in accordance with Indian Standard (IS) 17509:2021 in Fiscal 2024.
