Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives are integral to our mission as a business. We fund initiatives and organizations devoted to education, healthcare, and nation building.
Digital Learning Center
In July 2024, Swara Baby Products with its implementation partner AAS, established a Digital Learning Centre at the government school in Dhabli. Providing 10 computers, the centre is a vibrant space of learning, curiosity and growth. Over 60% of these students are girls - many who touched a computer for the first time, are now familiar and email IDs, government schemes, Excel sheets and career opportunities.
From a total of 196 students, with an average attendance of 85 percent, 145 earned basic NIIT certification, and 70 have gone ahead to complete the advanced course, learning internet basics, email handling, Microsoft office and document design. What’s even more encouraging is that 51 children from outside the school have also enrolled, a reflection of the growing enthusiasm among families.

Children are the future of our country. However, the difference in the quality of education provided to privileged and deprived children creates a gap in opportunities. We have contributed our bit to Round Table India Trust to help them build state-of-the-art schools for underprivileged children.

The right to life and dignity is for everyone. Therefore, having a well-equipped hospital in every corner of the country is essential. We have supported Ummed Hospital & Medical Hospital to help them build the hospital, especially their beds.
Animal Welfare
Rajasthan Gokalyan
Cows hold a holy and pious status in Indian society. At Swara Baby Products, we understand that in our country, the cow has importance beyond economic reasons. Therefore, we have supported Rajasthan Gokalyan, a Non-Government Organization, in its endeavour to provide protection, medication, and food facilities for cows in Kolkatta.
Clean Water
Jan Jagrati Sevarth Sansthan
Upliftment of the downtrodden is a duty of everyone capable of doing their bit. Swara Baby Products has contributed to Jan Jagrati Sevarth Sansthan, a humanitarian and public welfare organization, for employment generation and poverty eradication.
Maternal & Child Health Program
Madhya Pradesh is home to 15.3 million tribal people, making up 21% of the state’s population. In areas like Bhagwanpura (Khargone district), the concentration is as high as 87% tribal people. These families live in remote forest lands and undulating terrain making access to essential services — especially Maternal and Child healthcare — extremely challenging. Added to that is the reliance on traditional practices in maternal and child health which put the placed women and children at risk.
With support of the Antara Foundation, we are empowering local communities to deliver life-saving interventions across 115 villages in Khargone. Thousands of pregnant women, new mothers, and children under five are receiving timely pregnancy to postpartum care, trained workers are making home visits to promote safe childbirth, supporting breastfeeding, guiding families on nutrition, and detecting complications and health risks early.
Working closely with the Government of Madhya Pradesh, this integrated approach safeguards both mother and child, setting the stage for healthier families.

Contributing to Green Land
A diaper company touches the most delicate stage of life — infancy — and with that comes the responsibility to safeguard not just children’s health, but also the planet that will nurture their future. In 2025, at the MP Premier League, Swara Baby turned cricket into conservation by pledging to plant one tree for every dot ball bowled in the entire tournament. The result: a commitment of 10,000 trees — each one a living legacy for the next generation. Carefully planned and supported by experts this initiative will see the trees restore degraded lands, Agroforestry methods that improve soil health, water retention, and biodiversity, Livelihood support for farmers through community partnerships and most importantly a three-year of survival-focused care to ensure that the plants live a complete healthy life of a tree!
